Refund policy

We strive to provide high-quality products and enjoyable experience to our customers. But if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. All returns are subject to our return policy conditions.

Each mailed return is subject to a $15 shipping & handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are not eligible for refund.

Returns must be accompanied by all original packaging, including but not limited to a satin bag, a jewelry box and a sales receipt or packing slip. Items must be in the original condition: unworn, unaltered, with all applicable tags, and in perfectly sellable condition.

While we try our best to accommodate your needs, kindly note that items that do not meet the conditions will not be accepted for refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns or reduce the amount of refund based on the condition of the items. Refused items may be returned to you once we receive the payment of $25 shipping & handling & inspection fee from you.

 

HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@miyurahouse.com

Please include following information in your email:

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

Upon confirmation, we will send you a return label with instructions. The items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving the return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Please note that final sale and sample sale items are not eligible for return. Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned (they do not expire).

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@miyurahouse.com.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

For every order, we inspect all items before dispatch, making sure the customers receive the high-quality items they deserve. However, sometimes there can be mistakes.

If you have issues with your order, please contact us at info@miyurahouse.com within 2 days of delivery.

  • Email address
  • Order number
  • Description and photos of the issue

Upon confirmation, we will send you a return label with instructions. Please return the items with issues within 14 days of receiving the return label. Any incorrect or defective items will be exchanged or refunded free of charge.

*Please note that tarnishing due to outside factors / normal wear and tear / denting, bending and breaking due to pressure are not considered defects. Real sterling silver is very soft and delicate in nature.
