SHIPPING OPTIONS, RATES AND DELIVERY TIME
We offer free economy shipping (5-8 business days) on all U.S. orders over $150.
Please allow processing time of 1-3 business days for your order to be dispatched.
The rate and delivery time of shipment will depend on the delivery location and the shipping option you choose.
You will see two shipping options at checkout. Please choose your desired shipping option.
- Standard shipping ($10): 4-8 business days
- Express shipping ($30): 2-4 business days
Tracking numbers are provided for all orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We only ship within the U.S. and do not offer international shipping at the moment. However, we aim to get in touch with more customers around the globe as Miyura's journey continues. Please subscribe to our newsletter or follow @miyurahouse and stay tuned for any updates in the future!
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number. Use the tracking number to track your package in the carrier website. Or, registered customers can LOG IN to view their order status.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
To avoid your order being lost or missing, please ensure that your order is shipped to a secure location. We are not responsible for lost or missing items after we dispatch them to the carrier. Please contact the carrier regarding your missing package. If you are still unsure of whereabouts of your order, please contact us at info@miyurahouse.com and we may assist you to find a resolution. However, we reserve the right to refuse to refund or send a replacement at our sole discretion.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at info@miyurahouse.com at your earliest convenience. Please include as much information in your first email.
